Peter Gilberd - President, co-founder
Prior to Townsend Networks, Gilberd served in sales management roles in hardware, software and services, most recently as Regional Sales Manager for EMC's Media Solutions Group where he supported over 100 local sales executives. Gilberd has held sales and management roles with Embark.com, Nortel and The Japan Times. At Nortel, Gilberd was responsible for growing the company's telephony business in Northern California. His professional experience includes stints in Asia, Western Europe and Scandinavia. Gilberd brings over 5 years of technology sales experience to Townsend Networks. He holds a B.A. from the University of Southern California.

Bob Michaelian - CFO, co-founder
Michaelian brings 7 years of financial and operations experience to Townsend Networks. Prior to his involvement in the technology sector, Bob managed a national distributorship servicing the marine industry. Additionally, Michaelian served as a strategic account manager for application service provider, Vicinity Corporation. Bob's other technology experience includes a sales management position with Computer Associates' enterprise resource planning division. He holds a B.A. from the University of Southern California.
