We buy and sell tested Juniper, Arista, Brocade, and Cisco hardware. The same bench that grades equipment for our buyers evaluates the equipment we buy from our sellers, so every grade has to stand up on both sides of the transaction.

Every unit goes to our own certified technicians before it reaches the shelf: powered up, ports exercised, PSUs, fans and thermals checked, then verified again before it ships. Not a drop-ship, not a photograph of someone else's stock.

- Orders placed by 12pm ship the same business day. Overnight shipping is available across the US, and we deliver worldwide.
- Do you buy used equipment?
- Yes. Buying and liquidating surplus gear is half our business. We buy Juniper, Arista, Brocade and Cisco hardware for cash, wire, or trade-in credit, arrange pickup, and process within 48 hours of receipt.
- How do quotes work for unpriced items?
- High-ticket and bulk items are quote-driven. Send the part number and quantity through the quote form, chat, or phone and a human who knows the hardware will come back with a firm price, typically the same business day.
About Mellanox at Townsend
This collection holds Mellanox MCP1600 cables. Each is a 100GbE QSFP28 to QSFP28 passive direct attach copper (DAC) cable. The part numbers are MCP1600-C001E30N, MCP1600-C01AE30N, MCP1600-C002E30N, MCP1600-C003E30L, MCP1600-E002E30 and MCP1600-E02AE26. Each ships as the cable only.
Length is the main difference. The MCP1600-C001E30N is 1m, the MCP1600-C01AE30N is 1.5m, the MCP1600-C002E30N and MCP1600-E002E30 are 2m, the MCP1600-E02AE26 is 2.5m, and the MCP1600-C003E30L is 3m. Only the MCP1600-E02AE26 is 26AWG. The rest are 30AWG. The pages for the MCP1600-E002E30 and MCP1600-E02AE26 also name InfiniBand EDR. The 1m and 1.5m cables are used and the others are refurbished. Measure the distance between ports first and pick the shortest length that reaches. Then check that both ports are QSFP28 at 100GbE.
