Refund Policy

If a unit arrives dead or fails within the warranty period, we repair or replace it under the Townsend 3-Year Warranty. That is always the first and fastest remedy.

Unused hardware in the condition it shipped may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund; contact us for an RMA number before shipping anything back.

Special-order and sourced-to-order items may be subject to a restocking fee, stated on the quote before you commit.
