We collect the information needed to fulfill your order or purchase offer: contact details, order information, shipping addresses, and communications with our team.
We also use analytics to understand how the site is used. Google Analytics 4 runs on every page, and product analytics (PostHog) runs when enabled; both set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser and record pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP address, and device and referrer information. Browser controls, ad-blockers and Google's own opt-out add-on all prevent this collection.
When you send us a request or start a chat, a one-way scrambled (hashed) copy of your email address may be shared with Google to measure how our ads perform. The scrambled copy cannot be turned back into your address.
We do not sell your personal data. Card payments are processed by our checkout provider; we do not store full payment card details.
Equipment we purchase is factory-reset during intake; previous-owner configuration data is erased as part of our standard process.
