Privacy Policy

We collect the information needed to fulfill your order or purchase offer: contact details, order information, shipping addresses, and communications with our team.

We also use analytics to understand how the site is used. Google Analytics 4 runs on every page, and product analytics (PostHog) runs when enabled; both set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser and record pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP address, and device and referrer information. Browser controls, ad-blockers and Google's own opt-out add-on all prevent this collection.

We do not sell your personal data. Card payments are processed by our checkout provider; we do not store full payment card details.

Equipment we purchase is factory-reset during intake; previous-owner configuration data is erased as part of our standard process.
