A 3-year warranty is only possible because nothing leaves this building untested. This is what happens to every unit between our dock and yours.
Bench procedure
6 stages · every unit
01
Intake & inspection
Every arriving unit is logged by serial, photographed, and physically inspected: chassis, ports, fans, PSUs, optics cages. Anything with damage or tamper evidence is pulled from the sales pipeline.

Power & burn-in
Units run under power long enough to surface infant-mortality failures: PSU output, fan behavior, and thermals are checked under sustained load, not a 30-second smoke test.

Functional bench test
Certified technicians verify every port and every module slot: link-up at rated speed, error counters clean, management interfaces reachable. Firmware is inventoried and noted on the listing.

Configuration wipe & reset
Previous-owner configuration is erased and the unit is returned to a clean factory state: no stale configs, no leftover credentials, no surprises in your rack.

Grade, tag & shelf
The unit is graded (new-excess, sealed, refurbished, used), tagged against its test record, and shelved. The grade you see on the listing is the grade our bench assigned. Nothing is listed untested.
06
Pre-ship verification
Before packing, units are re-verified and then packed in rigid, component-safe packaging. Orders placed by 12pm ship the same business day; overnight is available across the US.
The result: hardware we're comfortable standing behind for three years. That's the whole pitch.
