Brocade MLXe Management Modules, listed with prices and live stock at Townsend Networks: BR-MLX-MR2-M and BR-MLX-MR2-X. Every unit is tested in-house before it ships and carries a 3-year warranty.Both parts are Gen2 management modules for the 4, 8 and 16 slot MLXe chassis. A management module installs into a host chassis and does not run on its own, and each one ships as the module only. The BR-MLX-MR2-M has 4GB of RAM, an RS-232 console port and a 10/100/1000 management port. The BR-MLX-MR2-X has a CompactFlash slot, an RS-232 console port and an RJ-45 management port.The MLXe end of sale notice applies to management modules as well as line cards and chassis. Sale ended on July 31, 2022, support ends on July 31, 2027, and Brocade names the Extreme SLX 9920 as the replacement.
