Prohibited Items Policy

The following are prohibited on Townsend Networks: stolen equipment, counterfeit hardware or optics, export-controlled items sold contrary to law, and anything that violates applicable law.

Equipment offered for sale to us must be owned free and clear by the seller; we verify serials and cooperate with law enforcement on stolen-goods reports.

In plain words: if you sell us equipment, you must fully own it, and we check serial numbers before we buy. We do not buy or sell stolen equipment, counterfeit hardware or counterfeit optics. Export-controlled items are barred where the sale would break the law. If stolen goods are reported to us, we work with law enforcement.
