The Juniper QFX5110-48S-AFO is a switch from the Juniper QFX5110 family with 48 ports of 1/10GbE SFP+, 4 ports of 40/100GbE QSFP28, front-to-back airflow and AC power. It is a Layer 3 managed platform that runs Junos OS. This unit is refurbished (used): inspected, powered on and functionally tested by Townsend Networks technicians before listing. One switch per order, with a rack-mount kit and the power cable(s) to match.

- QFX5110-48S-AFO is the front-to-back airflow QFX5110 with 48 SFP+ ports and 4 QSFP28 ports on AC power: the hardware guide lists it as Air Out (ports to FRUs). Air comes in through the vents around the ports and leaves through the fans and power supplies. It uses JPSU-650W-AC-AFO supplies, marked by the label AFO or a gold-colored handle, and QFX5110-48S-FANAFO fan modules, labeled AIR OUT in Juniper Gold. The typical and maximum power consumption Juniper gives the QFX5110-48S, 167 W and 226 W, are the same as for QFX5110-48S-AFI, its Air In sister.
