The Brocade BR-MLX-100GX2-X is a line card with 2 ports of 100GbE CFP. It is a module that installs into a host chassis and does not run on its own. This unit is refurbished (used): inspected, powered on and functionally tested by Townsend Networks technicians before listing. It ships as the module only.
HOW IT DIFFERS
BR-MLX-100GX2-X is the 2-port 100 GbE (X) module for the MLX Series, with IPv4/IPv6/MPLS hardware support; it needs high-speed switch fabric modules and CFP optics, and supports 1M IPv4 routes in FIB in XMR mode and 512K in MLX mode. Its sister BR-MLX-100GX1-X is the 1-port version with the same route support and the same fabric and CFP needs; Extreme notes it is license upgradable to 2 ports on an MLXe.
