The Juniper MX40-T-AC is a router from the Juniper MX40 family with 2 ports of 10GbE XFP and AC power. It runs Junos OS, with a 2U rack-mount form factor. This unit is new, open box: unused, in its original packaging. One unit per order.
HOW IT DIFFERS
MX40-T-AC is the MX40 AC chassis: its license allows the front MIC slots and ports 0 and 1 of the built-in 10-Gigabit Ethernet MIC. Its sister MX80-T-AC, the MX80 AC chassis with timing support, allows all MIC slots, front and back, and all four built-in 10GbE ports. Juniper notes the MX40 is software upgradeable to MX80 capacity.
