The Juniper QFX5100-48S-AFO is a switch from the Juniper QFX5100 family with 48 ports of 1/10GbE SFP+, 6 ports of 40GbE QSFP+, front-to-back airflow and AC power. It is a Layer 3 managed platform that runs Junos OS. This unit is used: inspected, powered on and functionally tested by Townsend Networks technicians before listing. One switch per order, with a rack-mount kit and the power cable(s) to match.

HOW IT DIFFERS
QFX5100-48S-AFO is the front-to-back airflow version of the 48 port 10GbE QFX5100: Juniper's hardware guide lists it as 48 SFP+ and 6 QSFP+ with AC supplies and Air Out (ports to FRUs), and 2 management ports. Juniper lists JPSU-650W-AC-AFO as the AC 650W PSU for front-to-back airflow and QFX5100-FAN-AFO as the front-to-back airflow fan module. QFX5100-48S-AFI is the same switch with back-to-front airflow on JPSU-650W-AC-AFI supplies. The 150 W of power consumption in the datasheet covers both, and the 48S measures 20.48 in deep.
